Community Speed Watch Voluneers.

Dear residents,

Our local Safer Neighbourhood Team is looking for five or more dedicated volunteers to help support our Community Speed Watch initiative.

Speed Watch is a vital community-led scheme that helps reduce speeding, improves road safety, and supports our ongoing work to keep our neighbourhoods safe. Volunteers work alongside local officers to monitor vehicle speeds in areas where concerns have been raised by residents.

📝 What’s involved?

👍 Quick & Simple Vetting
The vetting process has recently been significantly improved and can be completed within just a few days. Clearance lasts for five years, and only the standard vetting form and ID checks are required.
